Penguins Game Day (Game 12: Devils)

Pittsburgh Penguins v New Jersey Devils

The Penguins travel to New Jersey to face off against the Devils in an early afternoon bout. The Penguins are winners of 5 straight, as the Devils are 3-0 since losing to the Penguins one week ago. This will be the first in a home at home series where both teams will travel back to Pittsburgh tonight where they will face off again tomorrow.

Game Time: 1:00pm est

New Jersey: 6-1-3

Pittsburgh: 8-3-0

What to Watch for

For the first time this season Fleury will get a third consecutive start, look for him to get more comfortable in net as he begins to get more playing time.

Brodeur will be playing in his 1,200 game.

Crosby is currently on a 6 game point streak. 2goals 10 assists

The Devils have killed 19 straight penalties.

The Penguins are very inexperienced on defense, and though they kept it together the other night against the Capitals, this will be a true test of their abilities.

The Devils seemed to have turned things around after the loss to the Penguins on February 2, I expect that they will be fighting hard for that top division spot.

The Penguins barely pull this one off in a very tight game.
