NJ.com reports UFA Steve Bernier hopes to re-sign with the New Jersey Devils, but plans to speak with other teams when the negotiation window opens.
CSNPhilly reports Philadelphia Flyers GM Ron Hextall said he has not submitted a buyout offer to forward Vincent Lecavalier and it’s expected the club will try to trade him.
Denver Post reports signing Ryan O’Reilly to a contract extension is a priority for the Colorado Avalanche, but the club won’t rule out a trade.
Star-Tribune notes the Sharks, Oilers, Sabres and possibly the Flames are teams looking for goalies and goalies who could be available this summer besides Devan Dubnyk and Cam Talbot include Eddie Lack, Robin Lehner, Craig Anderson and Antti Raanta.
